The ocean comes up to you at the Wharf, and the gentle waves keep you company or caress you to sleep. You might need a friendly nudge from one of the attendants reminding you to place your order. This multi-cuisine restaurant in the Radisson Resort Temple Bay offers mainly seafood, and they toss it up with panache and pizzazz. The salmon swims all the way from Norway, the steaks speak Brazilian, and the chops that cheer are from New Zealand. So it’s all very international and very highbrow. The pastas disappoint and some of you might wish the king prawns in garlic butter sauce were more garlicky, but, well, pass on the New Zealand chops, please! You could also try their Zaffrani Hawa Mahal, Lava-grilled Moroccan Chicken. Service is efficient and smooth and as one can expect from a hotel of such stature.
